1.3 Synthetic Route
Spray drying method to add trisodium phosphate dodecahydrate crystals to 10%~15% water in the dissolution tank, heat to 85~95 °C, stir and dissolve, purify the solution, pump the refined solution to the metering tank, atomize by the sprayer, the atomizer adopts a two-flow air nozzle, the direction angle of the atomized steam is 30 ° with the level, the atomized steam pressure is 0.15~0.3 MPa, the inlet temperature is 650~750 °C, and the outlet temperature is 140~170 °C for spray drying to prepare anhydrous trisodium phosphate finished products.
2. Disodium hydrogen phosphate is generated by the neutralization reaction of phosphoric acid and soda ash, and then neutralized with caustic soda and refined by refining. It can also be prepared by the neutralization reaction of thermal phosphoric acid and caustic soda, and prepared by cooling crystallization, separation and drying.
