1.3 Synthetic Route
Metathesis method copper sulfate and anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate respectively made into a certain concentration of solution, after filtration and purification, the copper sulfate solution is added to the reactor, under stirring the specified amount of anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate solution dropwise added for metathesis reaction, generate copper pyrophosphate, control the pH value of about 5~5.5, filter, rinse with water, centrifugal separation, drying, to obtain copper pyrophosphate finished products.
