Production method and process of cobalt sulfate monohydrate:
The current cobalt sulfate monohydrate usually uses a two-step process. Two-step method, that is, first prepare cobalt sulfate heptahydrate through evaporation concentration-cooling crystallization, and then perform high-temperature treatment on cobalt sulfate heptahydrate to remove crystal water, and then obtain cobalt sulfate monohydrate product. This method has the following disadvantages: (1) The combination of evaporation-cooling crystallization process and high-temperature dehydration process has complicated process, long production cycle and low production efficiency; (2) high energy consumption and high cost in the evaporation process and high-temperature dehydration process .
