First-aid?
Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention.
Eye Contact: Lift the eyelids and rinse with running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Get away from the scene to fresh air. Seek medical attention.
Ingestion: If swallowed by mistake, take milk, soybean milk or egg white orally, and induce vomiting and gastric lavage. Seek medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures?
Hazardous characteristics: It is not easy to burn. It will releases toxic gas when it is decomposed by high heat.
Hazardous combustion products: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, cobalt oxide.
Extinguishing media: dry powder.
Personal protection of firefighters: Firefighters must wear gas masks and full-body firefighting suits, and fight the fire in the upwind direction.
Spill emergency treatment?
Isolate the leakage pollution area, and set warning signs around it. It is recommended that emergency personnel wear masks, goggles, and overalls. Sweep up carefully to avoid dust and transport it to waste disposal site. It can also be washed with a large amount of water, and the diluted washing water can be put into the waste water system. In case of a large amount of leakage, collect and recycle or discard after harmless treatment.
Protective measures?
Respiratory system protection: When the dust concentration in the air exceeds the standard, it is necessary to wear a self-priming filter dust mask. When emergency rescue or evacuation, air respirators should be worn.
Eye Protection: Wear safety goggles.
Body protection: wear anti-poison penetration overalls.
Hand Protection: Wear rubber gloves.
Other Protection: Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited at the work site. After work, shower and change clothes. Pay attention to personal hygiene.
Handling and storage?
Operation precautions: airtight operation, local exhaust. Operators must undergo special training and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter dust masks, chemical safety goggles, anti-poison infiltration overalls, and rubber gloves. Keep away from fire and heat sources, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Avoid generating dust. Avoid contact with oxidizing agents and acids. When handling, load and unload lightly to prevent damage to the package. Equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. Empty containers may be harmful residues.
Storage precautions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep container tightly closed. It should be stored separately from oxidants and acids, and should not be stored together. Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire equipment. Storage areas should be equipped with suitable materials to contain spills.
