1.3 Synthetic Route
After roasting the mixture of ferrovanadium powder and charcoal powder in a certain proportion by alkali hydrolysis method, sodium vanadate is generated by reaction with liquid alkali, and the clear liquid is concentrated and filtered, neutralized to pH 7.5~8 with hydrochloric acid, filtered, the filtrate is heated to 70~80 °C, ammonium chloride solution is added under stirring, and the precipitate is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain ammonium metavanadate crystals.
